New statistics and Premium system

We are pleased to introduce new game statistics, as well as its advantages!

i fear, this simple cs 1.6 browser game, is getting over complicated. i mean, all this 'extra' stuff is cool and all, but i just wanna play cs.

Premium system is needed simply because this project has been for free for over an half year (From the beginning), obviously there are some costs every month and people have spend their time codding and making this project for us.

So I support the Premium system. I`m also thinking of a donation. But at start want to see what will happen with the current statistics system, because it is really off at the moment. This new Statistics system will lead to the result that all big skills will decrease slowly and small ones will pretty quickly raise. I predict that after 1 year, if this project will still be alive, most of active players will have average of 2000 - 3000 and it will be really hard to get more. The biggest ones which will continue to play will decrease from 10000 - 7000 to 6000 - 4000.

I think that most players liked the old statistics, because by simply playing they can slowly raise it up - which is kinda fair, because you gain kills:dead difference, also plant bombs, rescue the hostage and so on. Please correct me, if I`m wrong. Now - if I`m understanding correctly all what matters is how big of skill had your killer and what score was the guy which you killed. - All above is gone in the dust.

Hello and thank you for interest.

Our new statistics system is counting players skill same as was old statistics system, the "problem" is another thing.
Now all players can play with everyone, with any player Skill, that mean that newbie (by Skill points, not newbie for real) can join at any server and kill players with high skill. What will happen? Killer can gain up to 15 Skillpoint by one kill, while victim will lose maximal points - 10. When players have similar Skillpoints, each kill can gain-take ~1 Skillpoint, this is very smooth.

Thankful, couple of days ago I discussed about it with one player and we decided to make limit on joining to servers based on Skillpoints. You can not play with people too higher or lowest Skill than you. This will change everything.

admin, I really hope that you know what you are doing - I starting to agree with the player above.

This is just a browser game, obviously some players like all these advanced things and skill system, but some are here just to shoot. And they like it in the easy or normal mode. Play against some good player, some normal ones and some newbies. So all is in the balance. So if I will be able to join only high rank players, I will not be able to play with my own music and chill, it will be hard core with maximum concentration.

Also if I`m joining a low level server, there is a big probability that like you said - some players are just low by skill, but actually not bad and by finishing 1 match with score 50:5, I lose the skill, not actually gain it. Which is kinda unfair.

So I will just prefer to play with unregistered account, but it`s my personal decision, I just really hope that you will not get into the situation where most of good players play with unregistered accounts just to have fun and not loose their skill. :)

We can just create unranked servers (also all private servers is unranked for now), where players can play just for fun.

This is Your project and I hope that it will last for a long term. I really do, I`m in Your side, but for now seems that new statistics system is kinda off, lets see what will happen in the future.

I`m not sure how long have you actually test the game by playing with many different skill sets and maps, so I just hope you know what you are doing.
Because I have played a lot and I see all disadvantages and advantages, so I`m just warning you about this statistics. For now the biggest challenge is all the big player skills, I mean the ones from 5000 to 10000, they are not balanced with your current statistics system.

Because they are not x5 times better players in almost all the cases, then for example player with 2000 - 3000 skill, but they need to kill him x5 times just to get back the score. The way how me and others get so high skill is simply killing much players and doing the missions. Spend a lot of time in the game and get some kind of reward back, which is skill. Now seems that all this is gone. I advise to decrease all the skills to 2000 - 3000, then all your logic should be fine, because non will get 10000 in a long time..., I can guarantee you that. You can just follow top 20 places for next months and you will see. I mean do not change any kills and dead, simply decrease the skill. Or other way should be make statistics logic a bit more fair to the big skills. Not that I need to kill 15 players just to get back my 1 dead. It`s nonsense.

But okay, I think I have gave you already to many energy of mine, it`s all up to you. I will keep playing and enjoying my self. :)

If you just look at kill and dead dif. in general, you will see how many kills each player gets while he dies at least 1 time.

All of these players in the top will simply loose their skill in long term, because statistically all the other players have at least x2 - x3 smaller skill or even more. So I just want to hear why you want to lower all good player earned skill?
You want to make skill like a dynamically value which is not constantly growing, right? It kinda makes the only sense here.
