Bug where when you join a team it constantly kills you

Hi i was on a 35hp server and my computer lagged and it asked me to join a team again. After joining the team everysingle time i would spawn in it would instantly kill me and ask me to pick a team again. i got frustrated and left the server and rejoined it, the bug did not happen again.
