[Discussion] Joining the server

Hello there,

Dear Administrator,
Could you please explain me what is the mechanism for joining the game?

I mean, sometimes it shows 15/16 or even 14/16 on 16 players room, then I press to "join", wait till all files are cached/downloaded and then the server tell me that server is full. Sometimes it happens 5 - 10 times in a row and is a little bit frustrated.

I understand that also some other player can press the button on the same time,so how the mechanism works in this case?
The guy who is downloading the files faster join or the guy, who press on button "join" faster? It should be the first case.

Seems really fair, but doing this you also kinda grantee that player with fastest internet and lower ping will join.
