Recent Singapore Server Ping

For the past few days, the Singapore servers seems to be very laggy for us players by recent days. I am playing from Malaysia and I had been getting high pings like 150-300. This wasn't a problem before since it was 5-30 ping before this is happening. Only Singaporean players are the only ones unaffected. Is it just me or anyone else has this problem too? If so does anyone know why?
