I cant get cash

I'm in a server called NO AUTO but when I get kills i cant get cash on the website (For skins and Perks) Please tell me what is going on...

You can earn Cash by playing on classic maps when more than 4 people play on them.
Rating Maps are classic modes like cs_, de_ (except cs_untitled and cs_16fighter)
