Unable to start vote to kick / vote to kick

Good day,

Thank you for your work on this project.

I have been facing the following issues :

1. Cannot vote kick.
After clicking on the vote kick icon, the menu appears to choose Player 1-9 for kicking - But nothing happens whatever number I press.
Pressing '0' to exit works - but nothing else.

2. If other Players start a vote to kick, a menu appears for me to choose Yes or No, but nothing happens when I press either 1 or 2.
