i bought 2 months of server from u guys
And normally my ping is 40-60 sth
today my ping is around 80-150
i just want to ask why

some1 from vietnam,philipine, thailand , their ping is lower than me
i am from HongKong and pay money to u guys and got serious ping problem

can u tell me why?
can u tell me why i should continue buying server from u guys?

Send a link to your server. We will check it.

Also try these settings to reduce lag.



- This setting can be tried either on or off.



- Reduce the resolution to the same as in the screenshot.
- You can also use a decrease in width (as in the screenshot).



- Try clearing your browser cache.

Tell us, does all this happen for all players on your server?
Can you record a video so we can assess the scale of the problem?

this happens to all hongkong players i ve played with
And i ve never have this huge lag before (excluding some crazy lag days during ur update).

I don t think posting video could help cause it s just the ping problem

i ve checked it at nite and it becomes normal.

plus i am sure there is any other problem with my home network cause i didn t open any things or download anythings during the games

And i ve seen some hk players have the same ping rate with me like 70 sth.

Some would just blame us for all the lags.

If you have problems, write anyway.
We will try to help.

recently i had lag 200+ .
how i solved it:
1) Setting-> Performance->
a) Network optimization = DISABLED
b) Disable HD = ENABLED

and it worked for me, no more lag.

We advise all players to try this.
