Report system not working

Hi Admin,

First of all, really appreciate the great job you guys are doing. It's totally awesome that you guys brought this nostalgic game back to live again! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, it has been observed lately that there are some hackers (wall hack, headshots etc) who spoil the gaming experience for everyone else. I noted that the "Complain" system is for this purpose but somehow, it does not work when we wish to report that user. So, I was wondering if there is another channel we can use to report these matters to you?

most likely you are getting owned by good people

the kick ban system is super buggy though. everyone in the server is getting banned with 1 vote. please fix or better yet, remove!
