It's got laggy this past few days and I got kicked for 20 times already. Please fix the problem admin so I can enjoy playing CS Online. Thanks!

We've already optimized the servers.
Report the server region with lags if the problem is not fixed for you.

The servers are in Asia and Indian Servers. I felt lagging in the game, and many of the other players there complain about the same issue. It started when you updated the UI of the game.

The game's UI hasn't received significant changes.
Please explain what you mean.

Hi admin.. can you please help why i'm always getting kicked due to high ping? I have a fast internet connection though.

At the moment, people from the Philippines or Australia have similar problems.
Their solution is most likely possible in the future.
On our other project, people from the Philippines often wrote to me.

There is one way, but it has not yet been verified reliably.
If you are using VPN, you can try switching to the regions of Russia - Moscow or Europe, for example Germany.
