A strange problem with firing a shot

Recently I have an annoying problem with the game.
When I shoot, one of two things always happens:

1) before I shoot, there is a sound like bouncing hostages (with "E") - it will fire only the second time (i.e. I have to click twice)
or
2) the worst - he shoots and instead of shooting, he changes my weapon to another. Only the second time is the shot fired.

This is very problematic because quick response is important in this game.

I have no idea what this is about. My computer is very good, the internet is fast, chrome. (I checked it on other browsers out of curiosity and there is also this problem).

Any advice?
