[Suggestion] Alternate Server

Hello;
Is the staff considering the possibility of having a server in South America? We have this problem: to play in Europe, our ping is high. You created the server in Canada for high ping players (I guess) and it is always full of European players !! and the server sometimes kicks us for ping high. There is hardly ever a place to play. Could they at least be more tolerant to ping?
It is not fair to play with high ping; the other players see us before but it does not matter , we want to play.

Yes, we from Brazil and south america are suffering!
The only server we are now able to play is the one in Canada.
Surprinsgly servers at US at shoing a higher latency than the ones at Canada.

Please, about 2 months ago I was able to play even at Asia servers just fine, but now it's hard to play 2 good rounds.
What is going on with the servers? Did you guys changed settings or something like this?
