Over the last 3 days I'm getting kicked all the time due to high ping.

My Internet is super fast and I don't have any issues when playing.

Could you please raise your limit.

Hello! Try to play on Asia servers.

hi. similar situation. 2 small situations.

first, i joined a 12 person dust2. got kicked for ping. bummer. so i gotta join canada servers. (im in NA) problem is, there are no 12 person dust2 servers. in fact all the canada servers are 16 players... too many people. 5v5 is best.

second. on a canadian server, dust2 15/16 people, i get in. first round insta dead. no money. second round, scavenge an m4 as ct. 30 round mag, no ammo. kill bomber and one dude. change for ak with ammo. camp bomb, call bombs location, and wait. awp sneaks in, teammate kills him. i wait... im kicked from server... why for? afk -> camping bomb?? kinda frustrating.

somehow... my ISP was M1. still can't play on SG servers.
but not issues playing on USA and Russia servers. 200+ping

Also M1. And yes, US servers has lower ping than my SG servers.

Just an update. Ping was back to normal today. Dunno what happened but thanks!

We've already optimized the servers.
Report the server region with lags if the problem is not fixed for you.

The servers are in Asia and Indian Servers. I felt lagging in the game, and many of the other players there complain about the same issue. It started when you updated the UI of the game.
