My rank keeps going down

My rank keeps going down.. I saw that ranking was turned off for Assault, and looks like turned on later. But I still don't see any positive changes for me. I play mostly on assault and sometimes on other maps.

This days statistics system was on maintenance, check your skill/rank in a couple of hours.
