New maps for a private servers owners

Private servers updates:

• We add a Hide ´N Seek mode with maps to a list of available maps and game modes
• Also we add New Maps to refresh game styles, so u all can have more choice of available maps and game modes for Private Servers:

• de_dust2_md
• cs_deathmatch
• gg_inferno
• gg_simpsons
• de_giza_b4
• de_dust_assault
• cs_assault_rifles
• cs_arabstreet
• de_portation
• awp_india_nav72
• aim_usp
• aim_rigel

A few important fixes:

Fixed spawn (resp) points:

• de_Nuke
• de_Inferno
• de_dust_mini2
• all gun gun maps
• all FFA maps

Ping limit is set to 200 on all public maps

Refreshed a classic Combat knife to a hd quality
