ping also improved slightly after maintenance this evening

Hi, I'm also experiencing this recently. Connected to the server of my location country (SG) but still having 300+ ping. My internet connection is stable. Can I find out how to remedy please? somehow... my ISP was M1. still can't play on SG servers. but not issues playing on USA and Russia servers....

tried several singapore servers during peak and off-peak.

any solutions? (using chrome browser)
